Your road to success requires planning. You must make plans, think about them, act on them. Action is an essntial to success as th motor and fuel are to the auto. But results arre the only excuse for activity. We must know why we are acting and act towards the fulfilment of of our goal. Andrew Carnegie said that"Knowledge is power". It may become a power only when it is organized and expressed in terms of definite action.Knowledge is not power but the appropriation and use of other men's knowledge and experience for the attainment of some definite purpose is power." Knowledge is only a potential power. A chinese proverb says," Journey of a thousand miles begins with a step." But in what direction? Plan your direction. When the goal is clear,the purpose is strong,the step will be decisive, assertive and forceful. Direction and determination decides destiny
